Winchester Film Fest Marketing: Best Foreign Shorts

This poster was created for Winchester Film Festival as part of their February to March 2024 programme. I was personally approached by the festival through a university connection to design marketing materials and printed handouts for the event, making this one of my first experiences working in a professional collaboration.

During a two-week period, the festival screened four films and hosted four events, each requiring promotional design. This particular poster was created for the second screening of the programme, Best Foreign Shorts. For this design, I explored a slightly edgier visual style while still following the festival’s brand guidelines and incorporating film-themed elements to reflect the cinematic focus of the event.

This project was an exciting opportunity to contribute to a real-world festival environment and gain early experience working with external clients, making it both a valuable and enjoyable step in my creative development.
